White Label Backlinks (“we”, “our”, “us”) aims to provide high-quality services to all our clients. However, due to the nature of our services, we operate a strict no-refund policy. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to these terms.

1. No Refunds
As our services involve digital work, customised solutions, and non-tangible deliverables, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Dissatisfaction with outcomes or results.
• Delays caused by lack of communication or incomplete information provided by the client.

2. Service Revisions
If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, we may offer revisions at our discretion to ensure the deliverables meet the agreed-upon scope. Requests for revisions must be made within 7 days of receiving the final deliverable and are limited to the original scope of work.

3. Cancellation Policy
Once work has commenced on your project, cancellations are not permitted, and full payment is required. If a cancellation request is made before work has started, a partial refund may be considered, less any administrative fees.

4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to review cases of significant error or failure to deliver services as agreed upon. Any resolution will be made solely at our discretion.
